You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. gizabet reserves the right to reject, freeze, or return deposits that appear to originate from third parties or that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
gizabet is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests.

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. gizabet reserves the right to decline any bet at its absolute discretion. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect bet acceptance, gizabet reserves the right to void such bets at the payout odds that would have applied in the absence of the error.
Bets accepted on clearly erroneous odds — whether due to human error, system fault, or data feed failure — may be voided by gizabet. An error is considered obvious where the odds deviate materially from the true market price at the time of bet placement. gizabet will notify affected users and return the stake amount in such cases.
Live in-play betting is offered on selected sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events. Live bets are subject to the same general rules but may be suspended or delayed due to network latency, event developments, or data feed interruptions. gizabet does not guarantee the availability of live betting on any specific event.
Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and cumulative winnings across specified periods. These limits vary by game type, sports market, and account tier, and are displayed within the relevant product section. gizabet reserves the right to pay out winnings in instalments where a single win exceeds the standard maximum payout threshold.
Users of the gizabet Platform must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
